When should I expect delivery of my order?

We generally make to order, which means that when you order something from us, we've personally crafted it just for you. Our standard process aims to create and dispatch your jewellery within 2-3 working days. Please allow an additional day for us to craft your piece.

Additionally, if we happen to have the piece you've ordered already in stock, we'll send it out the same day you order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times will then depend on the shipping option you select at check out. Express delivery options are available to expedite delivery. In general we expect UK delivery to take 1-2 working day, Europe to take 3-8 working days and the Rest of the World to take 5-10 working days.

Please be aware that local customs and duties costs may be payable on importing your order into your country.

For international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Aprille Jewellery does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How do I qualify for UK free delivery?

For all orders over £50 in the UK, we provide free delivery. Just add your items to the basket, provide a valid UK address, and choose the free delivery option during checkout. Please be aware that our free UK delivery option is not guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours, though in most cases, it does arrive the next working day.

Aditionally we offer free international delivery for all orders over £150, with a tracking number provided.
